THE STORY
Property People is a local real estate agency that gives 10% of its revenue to the nonprofit LEAP Housing Solutions. Together, they are working to help provide access to affordable housing in the Treasure Valley.
We produced a brand film explaining this unique partnership and highlighting a few of LEAP’s programs. As part of the project, we were invited to document the grand opening of LEAP’s innovative Windy Court development – affordable housing built from shipping containers.
